hese Shear Blades are used in the process of cutting scrap metal, sheet metal, and the fabrication of sheet etc. We use forged D2, H13, H13K, H13Ni, Mod A8, Typlex, and HMB as materials to make these blades based on your application. We strictly control the heat treatment to make these materials get their best working conditions and increase their service life. The maximum length is 6000mm in one piece. We can hold the hole locations well by using CNC and we guarantee no variation greater than 0.001"within 12", of course also of strictly controlled parallel.
